Return Policy

Return/ Exchange Policy:

Return within 30 days

Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged / defective state or are expired or an incorrect product has been delivered. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. 

Sample products are final, no returns, exchanges, or credit. Discount codes cannot be applied after a purchase has been processed.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order has been processed through our website, we are unable to cancel orders. Should you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us at theeskinchateau@gmail.com  or call us at 706-452-7550. Your order will be treated as a return, subject to the return policy stated above, including the potential delay in processing. If the order has not been shipped, we will also refund any shipping charges. If the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us, as with any return. 

 

How to request a return slip:

Email us at theeskinchateau@gmail.com a detailed explanation of what was wrong with the product as well as a picture or pictures of the product. Refund or exchange will be sent upon arrival of product.
